Abstract :
Following the international 169Yb intercomparison (EUROMET action 410), the full-response functions were used for the processing of 169Yb photons spectra obtained from spectrometers equipped with Si(Li) and HP–Ge detectors. These functions were determined by a semi-empirical method using several reference spectra. The influences of the source design and experimental detection conditions on the shape of the full-response functions are investigated here for the Si (Li) detector used in the “Khlopin Radium Institute”. The influences of various parts of the response functions on the low-energy range were estimated for both detector types.
