Abstract :
Theoretical and experimental problems in the realization of a concept of a multi-beam generator are studied for the case of a four-channel planar FEM oscillator at 75 GHz. Computer simulations and “cold” and “hot” experiments have demonstrated clear possibility for construction of this oscillator based on the ELMI-device.
