Abstract :
In the present era of development rather than economic capital, human, physical and intellectual needs, we need to invest, because without this capital, the other investments will be made to improve organizational performance and thus lose their good quality and will be removed from the ideal case. Given the importance of intellectual capital and its relationship with the organization as an important issue, in this study, a quantitative approach, the study uses a survey technique intellectual Capital: How big is the performance branch of the Agricultural Bank YASUJ? The results suggest that there is a significant relationship between intellectual Capital (the human capital) with agricultural Bank. There is a significant relationship between intellectual capital (the capital the structural) with agricultural Bank. There is a significant relationship between Intellectual Capital (the capital of the customer) with agricultural Bank. There is a significant relationship between the total amount of intellectual capital with agricultural Bank. There is a significant relationship between age with agricultural Bank. But, there is a not significant relationship between work experience with Agricultural Bank.
