Abstract
the main goal of this research is to investigate the effect of IT on organizational performance using EFQM
model in Tehran Telecommunications Company. Questionnaire was used for data collection. Sample members
were selected from employees of Tehran Telecommunications Company. 383 questionnaires were usable.
Kolmogrov-Smearnov test was used to verify normality of research variables. SPSS and LISREL software were
used to investigate research hypotheses. Results showed that IT has relationship with EFQM model criteria and
all hypotheses were verified.
