U-Equivalence Spaces

In this paper the notion of -equivalence space is introduced. It is proved that the topology induced by a equivalence space is regular. -equivalent continuous functions and -equivalent open functions are studied. Finally, the quotient -equivalence spaces are introduced and discussed.
