Abstract :
This paper reviews the impact of organizational factors in enhancing the productivity of the KALEH
Companyʹs human resources. In this descriptive study population consisted of 480managers and professional sat
various levels have been KALEH of Amul company which including managers at different levels and specific
professional corporation. The sample size was 214 with a standard questionnaire liability and validity is
answered. Our findings indicate that between motivations, quality of work life and productivity enabling
KALEH Company there is a significant relationship
