Abstract :
Intellectual capital is the new issue that has been proposed theoretically in recent years globally. But since it is considered as valuable source for countries and organizations its rate of growth and development is rapidly changing to an index in the development of countries. The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between intellectual capitals and organizational effectiveness in state agencies of Kerman city. The study is descriptive and correlation research that has been conducted to survey. The study population consisted of employees in state agencies of Kerman city and sampling is systematic classification. 330 subjects were selected as a sample of the study. In order to analyze the data is used descriptive and inferential statistics and the intellectual capital and organizational effectiveness questionnaires are used to collect the required data. The findings indicate that there is a significant relationship between intellectual capitals and its sub variables as human capital, structural capital and customer capital with organizational effectiveness and also there is a significant relationship between intellectual capitals and organizational effectiveness and demographic variables.
