Abstract :
This study is descriptive in nature and correlation was carried out to investigate the effect
of rearing elite on the efficiency of the administrative system of elite viewpoint of
managers of the National Bank of Kermanshah. The population of this research consisted
of 220 managers of National Bank branches in Kermanshah Province among them, 140
people who were selected using stratified random sampling formulas with bound to
proportionate manner with the sample. Tool for data collection is a questionnaire
consisting of two efficient organizations and rearing elite. Internal consistency of the
questionnaire was calculated using Cronbachʹs alpha. Data were analyzed using
descriptive statistics and inferential statistics at two levels.
