Abstract :
Knowledge Management (KM) has been utilized as necessary approach to promote the
intellectual capital of an organization. Intellectual capital may be extracted individually
as well as jointly in the procedure to generate, hoard, apply, obtain, and personal and
distribute organizational knowledge. Though, a few organizations just emphasize on the
growth of community good, regardless of concerns happening from identities’ self-interest
or likely hazards. The diverse concern of entity and joint views toward KM certainly
directs to ethical clashes and ethical culture in the firm. The reason of this research is to
inspect the ethical climate inside the firm and its probable effect on members’ assessment,
satisfaction, job performance, and involvement regarding practice of KM. The study
consequences disclose that numerous kinds of organizational ethical climate co-live in the
firm and have diverse levels of effect on workers’ attitude and contribution in KM
activities. In this paper, I define the significance of organizational ethical climate and
emphasize the consequences of such an atmosphere for assisting KM.
