Abstract :
Objectives : Rapid changes in the health system require a new trained professionals who fully understand the processes of health and organizational problems and have the knowledge and skills that enable them to manage health care facilities.
Methods: The implementation of the research used the original questionnaire SERVQUAL model which contains 22 statements, since we appreciate that it is the same in its entirety to be eligible for the analysis of the different dimensions of service offerings.
Results: From these results we can see that there are no significant differences in relative importance when it comes to the first three groups - business people and MBA students, especially when it comes to the three most important dimensions.
Conclusions: Moreover, the health of its largely based on a system of solidarity and "socialism", and only partly on market principles, and more than in other sectors of the economy requires individuals who are able to bridge that gap.
