Abstract :
e purpose of this case study is to investigate the conception and the values of spiritual
leadership, embraced by doctors and engineers in Pakistani educational institutes.
Therefore, to understand the values of spiritual leadership the qualitative study was
conducted, which utilized semi-structured interviews in different Universities in two
cities of Pakistan. The findings revealed that the values of spiritual leadership were
embraced. This study provides an understanding that professionals working in different
fields are having three common values of spiritual leadership. Since, this study was
limited to two professions (doctors and engineers); however, it can be further studied in
other professions.
