Company Solvency Prediction Analysis: Evidence from Pakistan

This study discovered for the first time about the efficiency of Pakistani banking sector around the Asian financial crisis in 1997. The efficiency is identified by individual banking sector through the data envelopment approach. The efficiency is known of banking sector through three various approaches such as intermediation approach, value add approach, and operation approach. Further discussion about the profit and size of an individual bank is made. The main reason for crisis is large expenses and due to the economy conditions.
