Abstract
Three monoclonal antibodies to IL-2Rα (LCTB32, CACT116 and LCTB2) were used for immunohistologic staining of lymph nodes from normal young cattle and a calf suffering from phlegmon. In the normal cattle, a few IL-2Rα positive cells were detected in the paracortex region. In the calf, IL-2Rα was mostly expressed on follicle cells.
