Abstract :
The magnetomechanical coupling coefficient of the strip-shape samples of the Fe54Ni20Nb3Cu1Si13B9 alloy was investigated after annealing in vacuum in the temperature range 100–600 °C. Saturation magnetostriction reaches 22×10−6 after annealing at 515 °C. The magnetomechanical coupling coefficient reaches maximum value equal to 0.68.
