  • Abstract
    Nanocrystalline powders of copper (I) halides CuX (X=Cl, Br, I) were first synthesized from solutions containing Cu2+ and X− ions by γ-irradiation at room temperature. The products were characterized by X-ray powder diffraction (XRD) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM).
