Abstract :
Films of soluble substituted polymerized iron phthalocyanine compounds [R4PcFeL]n and [R8PcFeL]n are elaborated and doped at various temperatures with NO2 diluted in N2 and their conductivity is recorded. Doping/dedoping cycles and thermal desorption curves provide information on NO2 adsorption and on the stability of phthalocyanine compounds on exposure to NO2 versus ligand species and number of alkoxy substituents.
