Abstract :
Junction properties of benzene sulfonate (BS−) doped polypyrrole with indium are investigated using a sandwich-type element. From the analyzing the current-voltage and capacitance-voltage characteristics, it was found that the BS-doped polypyrrole and indium forms rectification contacts.
