Spectral studies of M(dddt)2 salts (M=Pd,Ni)

Infrared spectra of [Ni(dddt)2]3(HSO4) and [Pd(dddt)2]2X (X=TeCl6, AuBr2) are measured at room temperature. Moreover, FT-NIR-Raman spectrum of [Ni(dddt)2]2(HSO4)2 is reported. Electronic and vibrational bands are discussed. The strong coupling of electrons with vibrations of C=C ring bonds of M(dddt)2 cations is observed.
