  • Abstract
    Thermal decomposition prosesses of conducting carbonous films prepared by pyrolysis of an organic polymer, poly (hydrazocarbonyl-1,4-phenylenecarbonyl), at various heat treatment temperatures have been investigated using Fourier transform infrared and elemental analysis. The anion doping of carbonous films is sucessfully performed by the electrochemical method and an increase in the conductivity of more than five orders of magnetitude has been observed.
