Abstract :
We have characterized the material which has been prepared by the heat treatment of the mixture of 1,2,4,5-tetracyanobenzene (TCNB) and Cu powder at 5 GPa and 500 °C. Dark gray material which incorporates Cu showed high conductivity (σRT = 1 Scm−1) at room temperature. Although the X-ray diffraction and 13C NMR indicate the inhomogeneous structure, EXAFS and ESR suggest the local structure which is expected in the Poly-CuPc sheet polymer.
