Metal phase in electroactive polymer induced by change in boundary conditions

In the metal/polymer/metal structure the insulator-metal phase transition induced by1 the change in the boundary conditions in the metal-polymer interface was realized. The boundary conditions were changed due to change in the metal work function at the metal melting point.
