Abstract :
We propose new technique of Ultra-Thin-CDW film formation by using low energy ion beam irradiation. As a result of our investigation, we have found collective sliding motion without weak pinning centers. In addition, the threshold Eth keep constant in wide temperature range up to Peierls transition temperature.
