Abstract :
The low-temperature specific heat of α-(ET)2KHg(SCN)4 in magnetic field up to 14 T has been measured. A specific heat anomaly associated with the phase transition of T ≈8 K has been observed. Magnetic field is found to shift this anomaly to lower temperature. The anomaly position follows the B2 behavior expected from Landau theory.
