Abstract :
A new concept for filling control of the 1-D band of TCNQ is proposed in the charge-transfer complex, [Pd(H2edag)(Hedag)]TCNQ (edag=ethylenediaminoglyoxime). By using protonation-deprotonation processes, the CT complexes having different band-fillings (−0.2, −0.7, −1.0) have successfully been obtained.
