Abstract :
Transport properties of conductive blends consisting of phenyl phosphonic acid doped polyaniline and plasticized cellulose acetate have been studied as a function of temperature and frequency. The data can be analyzed by non-conventional scaling behavior. For the generalized hopping law describing the thermal dependence, the exponent depends on the content of the conductive phase, possibly indicating a change in the connectivity. For ac conduction, the onset frequency scales with the quasi-static value of conductivity, in disagreement with percolation theory and extended pair approximation model.
