Abstract :
The phase diagram of θ-type BEDT-TTF salts is mapped out as a function of a dihedral angle (θ) or a transfer integral (t) between donor columns involving the series of θ-(BEDT-TTF)2MM′(SCN)4 [M=Tl, Rb, Cs, M′=Co, Zn]recently prepared. The electronic phase diagram shows that the ground state changes from metallic, superconducting, antiferromagnetic, to non-magnetic insulating state by increasing θ or U/W.
