Abstract :
Circularly polarized cyclotron resonance measurement system has been developed using millimeter wave sources and pulsed magnetic field, p-Ge measurement at 4.2 K showed well distinguished hole active resonances. The results of α-(BEDT-TTF)KHg(SCN)4 using this system at 1.8 K are presented and discussed.
