Abstract :
The κ-(BEDT-TTF)2Cu[N(CN)2]Br salts were synthesized from non-, partially, and fully deuterated BEDT-TTF molecules. The electrical resistivities of this family have been studied. The resistive state is progressively changed from metallic to insulating behaviors by the partial deuterations. The kink of the resistive curve with hysteresis was observed around 78K irrespectively of the degree of the deuteration.
