Abstract :
The radical anion of tetracyanoquinodimethane has been intercalated into a layered double hydroxide by two different methods: constant pH coprecipitation and calcination–rehydration of a [Zn–Al–Cl] layered double hydroxide. The relationship between synthesis and characterization of products obtained is discussed.
