Abstract :
Nanosized TiO2 particles were prepared from Ti(SO4)2 solution by forced hydrolysis under boiling reflux condition. The specimens were characterized by transmission electron microscopy (TEM), infrared (IR) spectroscopy, and X-ray diffraction (XRD).
