Abstract :
The ionic conductivity of lanthanum containing vanadocalcic oxyapatite Ca10−xLax(VO4)6O1+x/2□1−x/2 (0 ≤ x ≤ 2) was measured by the complex impedance method at temperatures from 350 to 900°C. The frequency resolved spectra of this conductivity show the temperature dependence of conduction regimes such as the hopping motion, relaxation hopping, and vibrational movements of the mobile ions.
