Abstract :
Infrared active modes and multiphonon modes as dielectric constants of some crystals of the matlockites family have been investigated. At about 1000 K, the thermal behavior of the static dielectric constant εs// shows a sharp increase, which is imputed to an order–disorder phase transition.
