Abstract :
The bioactive properties of multicomponent film polymeric structures, based on polyvinyl alcohol (PVA), polyvinyl pyrrolidon (PVP) and lactic acid (LA), containing heparin, trypsin and antibiotics (benzyl penicillin and kanamycin) were studied. The degree of degradation and biodegradation of multicomponent film coatings were directly regulated by the introduction of polyvinyl pyrrolidon and lactic acid, as well as by manipulating the conditions of their electroformation regime. The polymeric molecules forming the structure of the coating film do not undergo chemical changes with the breaking of the chain.
