Abstract :
(Pb1−xLax)TiO3 (PLT) ceramics of perovskite type were prepared by sol–gel process, and their structural and dielectric properties investigated. The obtained compounds crystallize, under heat treatment, at relatively low temperatures and no secondary phases have been observed on the corresponding XRD spectra. Annealing temperature (Ta) and its duration (ta) appear to influence notably their structural and dielectric characteristics.
