Abstract :
A template ion exchange method has been established to synthesize ternary sulfides MIn2S4 (M=Mn, Zn) by the reaction of metal chlorides and NaInS2 in absolute ethanol at 140 °C for 12 h. The effects of reactant NaInS2, temperature and reaction time on the template ion exchange reaction were investigated.
