Abstract :
In this communication, we report a simple way for the synthesis of meso-porous cobalt oxide with super-structure by a two step methods. Cobalt hydroxid with caved polyhedron-like morphology is synthesized in emulsion system (W/O type); then the meso-porous cobalt oxide is obtained by heat treatment on the hydroxid precursor. On the contrary, morphology of products tends to bending flakes while the emulsion is changed into O/W type. Based on the results, we believe the morphology difference between products comes from template effect.
