The fabrication and morphology of niobium carbide crystal with solid cage shape

The fabrication of inorganic materials with complicated shape is one of hottest research topics in the field of materials research. Here, the fabrication and morphology of micrometer niobium carbide crystals with solid cage shapes will be reported. These results may reveal one method or approach or strategy to fabricate high temperature inorganic materials with complicated shape and lead to deeper research about the morphology of crystal growth.
