Abstract :
This study has developed a high strength Ti alloy with improved fatigue crack growth (FCG) properties, aimed at application to jet engine fans and compressor disks, The composition of the newly developed Ti alloy is Ti-5Al-2Sn-4Zr-3Cr-3Mo.
