Abstract :
An experimental method for producing SiO2 micro-tubes in the argon plasma jet is presented. SiO2 micro-tubes, having the exterior diameter between 10 and 11.2 μm, and respectively the interior diameter between 3.44 and 6.49 μm were obtained.
