Abstract
A comparative study of thermal and elastic properties has been made on amorphous Se1−xGex alloy by employing a dynamical treatment. It has been observed that all these properties show an increasing linear trend with the increase of germanium content in Se1−xGex amorphous system and an excellent agreement with the experimental results. Further, the linear variation shows no anomaly in the elastic moduli–coordination number relation in the studied rigidity percolation threshold region (m=2.4–2.6).
