Layered complex structures of MgTiO3 and CaTiO3 dielectric ceramics

In the present work, the layered complex structures of CaTiO3 and MgTiO3 ceramics have been designed and prepared to obtain low loss dielectric ceramics with adjustable dielectric constants and near-zero temperature coefficients. The near-zero temperature coefficient can be achieved in the layered complex dielectric structures of MgTiO3–CaTiO3 with low dielectric loss and greater dielectric constant than that in MgTiO3–CaTiO3 solid solution.
