Bose–Einstein correlations in a π0–π0 system

We argue that the π0–π0 correlation function can be extracted from the experimentally measured γ–γ correlation function. It has been explicitly shown how the π0–π0 source parameters can be inferred from the correlation function of two-gammas originating from the decaying π0.
