Extracting signal limits from samples with multiple independent backgrounds

We discuss how the Bayes method can be used to extract signal information in counting experiments when the measured quantities are contaminated with background contributions from different channels estimated by Monte Carlo events, taking into account statistical fluctuations of these backgrounds.
