The status of the Dط silicon tracker upgrade project

The current status of the silicon tracker for the Dط upgrade project for Run II at the Tevatron is presented. After reviewing the design considerations the status of delivery and testing of the different silicon sensors is presented. The ladder production and assembly process is also discussed.
