Abstract :
The Thompson–Wolf two-pinhole technique was used to characterize the spatial coherence properties of undulator radiation. Both vertical and horizontal coherence properties are measured with various pinhole separations. High spatial coherence of extreme ultraviolet undulator radiation is demonstrated.
