Abstract :
Laser crystals with disordered structure present a series of advantages for diode pumping or short pulse generator as compared with ordered crystals. Such a system proved to be the calcium–lithium–niobium–gallium garnet (CLNGG) doped with Nd3+. This paper presents the growth, RBS and ERDA analysis of specially doped CLNGG. Based on structural and spectral data, a structure modelling is proposed.
