Materials for optical information recording on the base of subnanostructured chalcogenide films

X-ray structural researches of chalcogenide vitreous semiconductor films are carried out. It is shown that optical information records in such films are accompanied also by their molecular structural modification. New functional property of molecular films using direct optical record of deep optic phase relief are shown.
