Abstract
A newly developed three-dimensional (3-D) neutron-induced γ-ray imaging technique is presented. Using this technique, we could reconstruct the images of isotopes in objects over the full thickness of the body, since neutrons have large penetrating power and neutron-induced prompt γ-ray analysis make them ideal probes to investigate elemental information of objects, non-destructively. In this study, we confirmed the principle of this technique and succeed in the 3-D visualization of the detailed structure based on elemental analysis for the first time.
