Characteristics of Chinese heavy crudes

Some special characters of Chinese heavy crudes and their influence on refining process and products were discussed. There are abundant reserves of heavy crudes in the world which are about 1.3 times those of light crudes. The production of heavy crudes in China is increasing from year to year. The Chinese refinery has been facing problems caused by a variety of heavy feedstocks.
