The analyses of thunderstorm on 4 August 2006

In this paper the environmental condition is analyzed and radar images for severe weather potential over Serbia. Baroclynic boundary was favorable for classic supercell generation on 4 August 2006. The lifetime of supercell was 5 h and the cell track was more than 250 km over the territory of Serbia. Heavy rain (max 22 l/m2), damaging wind (max velocity 22 m/s) and hail (max diameter ≥ 3.5 cm) were the product of this supercell.
